The COAD EC&E Division's mission is to advocate and support the improvement and accessibility of care and education services for children and those who care for them.

About Us:
Since 1993 COAD's Early Care and Education Division has been the Appalachian region's information hub for child care and education services for children. Helping parents choose child care, and training providers to open and operate a child care business is our work. COAD ECE programs provide high quality services to a variety of child care related consumer groups. Our referral services are the first nationally quality assured consumer education services in Ohio.
