Payment Information
Timely payment is requested. Note that if one registers to attend, they will responsible for payment, even if unable to attend (unless cancelled in writing prior to the deadline). Substitutions are acceptable however. Please just email coad@coadinc.org to let us know. Refunds will not be granted after August 1st. Cancellations received in writing prior to August 1st will receive a refund, minus a $35 processing fee. By submitting this registration form, you are agreeing to this policy.

Hotel Information
The conference will be held at the Christopher Conference Center in Chillicothe. For reservations in the attached Quality Inn, call 740-775-3500. The Christopher Inn next door can be reached at 740-774-6835 to make a reservation. Phone the Fairfield Inn, which is also within walking distance, directly at 740-771-9090 for reservations. Ask for the COAD conference rate any of these locations. The Hampton Inn is also an option; call 740-773-1616 or go to their website and use the code 'COD' for the conference rate. The conference rates are as follows: Quality Inn - $89.95 - $101.95/night. Christopher Inn - $92.95/night. Fairfield Inn - $127.00/night. Hampton Inn - $129.00/night. If you are tax exempt, please mention that when making your reservation.
